Doug Pallay
Chief Executive Officer

Doug Pallay has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. During this time he has worked for both major insurance companies and insurance brokerage firms. He has represented many major corporations and associations in solving their insurance needs. He has worked successfully in sales, underwriting and management in firms such as CNA, Fred S. James, and Sedgwick. Along with three partners, Doug created the firm of Pallay Insurance Agency in 1997.

Norma Janich
President

Norma has over 25 years of experience in the areas of personal lines, business insurance, accident, health, administration, and insurance consulting. She has managed staffs which provided policyholder service, claims, underwriting, accounting/finance, billing and collecting services, and sales for a diverse number of clients. She has also consulted for firms wishing to establish similar systems. At Pallay Insurance Agency she has successfully established a division that provides coverage for autos, homeowners, boats, trailers, motorcycles, and businesses. She has also developed a successful occupational accident program with AIG Insurance Co. for independent truckers.

Jean Pryor
Executive Vice President

In her 35 years in the insurance industry Jean has worked for major insurance companies in sales, claims, underwriting and management, both in the U.S. and Canada. At Pallay Insurance Agency, Jean is responsible for developing new clients, new products, and relationships with our U.S. and international insureds. Jean also works with other brokers and agents in sales development.

Scott Pallay
Executive Vice President

During Scott's 25 years in the insurance industry he has had a successful career in sales with INA and in sales and administration at Sedgwick. While at Sedgwick he developed a unique sales and marketing program utilizing the Internet, fax and phone. This program produced sales and service across the country to individuals needing medical insurance, life insurance, and other business and individual coverages. Scott brought this program to Pallay Insurance Agency when it was formed in 1997.

The program continues to be successful! PJ&P is ranked in the top 50 producers program for the entire United States by Unicare Insurance Co. As a result we are a designated Unicare "Premier Agent" and have been recognized as such at their annual sales meetings. Scott has also received an award as a top performer from Celtic Life Insurance Company, and commendations from other insurance companies.

Ross D. Pallay
Executive Vice President

Ross began his insurance career in 1985 with the international insurance brokerage firm of Sedgwick. During his tenure there he was responsible for sales and servicing for individuals who required health insurance and other products. The company was acquired by March & MacLennon brokerage firm and Ross was assigned as account executive, servicing major association clients. His duties involved providing products such as health, life, disability as needed to the members of the organizations.

Since joining PJ&P, Ross has continued to offer these products to individuals across the U.S., providing a high level of service to clients.
